2023 Cancellation Policy
Per industry standard, entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. In the event that this race is cancelled due to COVID-19 related issues, these are the following change rules. Changes are allowed up to May 1, 2023
Entry fees CAN be DEFERRED to another year (2024)
Entry can credited to any USA Endurance Events Race (exception: USA Women’s Races)
Entries can also be transferred to another person for an additional fee provided it is done by May 1, 2023.
Absolutely NO REFUNDS! SORRY..NO EXCEPTIONS. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate.
